Teen flag football (ages 13 to 17) develops position mastery, football IQ, and athletic performance across two clinics and a 5-day training-camp experience modeled on a true football camp.

Teen 5-Day Camp

A true training-camp experience, athletes are grouped by position, coached by specialists, and compete daily, with athletic training woven throughout.

Day 1
Evaluation & Installation
  • Testing & Benchmarks, 40-yard dash, broad jump, 5-10-5 shuttle recorded by Ashlee; position skill assessment
  • Offense Installation, Full playbook: 12 plays across 3 formations, walk, jog, and live reps
  • Defense Installation, Base defense and 2 blitz packages installed
  • Leadership & Scrimmage, Self-assessment goals, then live 7-on-7 with coaches stopping to teach
  • Athletic Training, Activation, movement quality, and eccentric strength
Day 2
Offensive Mastery
  • Offensive Skill Stations, QB: 5-step drop, bootleg, rollout; WR: releases vs. press, double moves; OL: pull/reach blocks
  • Red Zone & 2-Minute, Goal-line plays and 2-minute drill with clock management
  • 7-on-7, Offense Emphasis, 3 competitive games vs. rotating opponents
  • Athletic, Upper Body & Core, Resistance-band shoulder circuit, rotational power, core
Day 3
Defensive Mastery
  • Defensive Skill Stations, CB: backpedal, press bail, zone drops; Safety: deep-half; LB/Rusher: rush lanes and coverage
  • Situational Defense, 3rd-and-long, end-of-half, and end-of-game scenarios
  • 7-on-7, Defense Emphasis, Defense calls plays, execution and communication
  • Athletic, Lower Body Power, Depth jumps, banded sprints, hip-thrust progression
Day 4
Full Competition Day
  • Round Robin Tournament, 4-team bracket, 25-min games, full officiating and scoreboard
  • Championship Semifinals, Top 2 teams from the morning bracket advance
  • Athletic, Recovery & Mobility, Active recovery: yoga flow, foam rolling, dynamic stretching
Day 5
Championship & Celebration
  • Final Benchmark Testing, Re-test 40-yard dash, broad jump, and 5-10-5 vs. Day 1
  • Championship Prep, Opponent tendencies walkthrough and a talk from Coach Alex
  • Camp Championship Game, Full game, family spectators, sideline camera for highlights
  • Awards Ceremony, All-Camp Team, Most Improved, Camp MVP, Go Core gear for all
