  • Post: drop step, jump hook, and seal footwork

3-Day Camp

Basketball 3-Day Camp

Grouped by age division, the 3-day camp combines daily skill stations, athletic training, and competitive games that build toward a camp tournament and championship. Each day carries a coaching theme.

Day 1
Foundations & Team Building
  • Check-In, Warm-Up & Teams, Team assignments, jerseys, and a dynamic warm-up led by Ashlee Austin-Bean
  • Fundamentals Stations, Ball-handling, shooting form, finishing, and defensive slides by skill
  • Team Concepts & Scrimmage, Spacing, passing, basic sets, and coached 3-on-3 / 5-on-5
  • Character: Teamwork, Healthy fueling plus what makes a great teammate, trust activities
  • Athletic Cool-Down, Guided stretching, foam rolling, and recovery basics
Day 2
Offense & Defense Deep Dive
  • Offensive Skills + 5-on-5, Pick-and-roll, cuts, and shot selection in live play
  • Defense, Closeouts, help, and rebounding
  • Competitive Games, Scrimmages with film review
  • Athletic Training, Power, Plyometric and lateral power circuit
Day 3
Competition & Celebration
  • Game-Day Warm-Up, Full team warm-up and final concept review
  • Camp Tournament, Round-robin games, full rules, 20-min running clock
  • Athletic, Vertical Finals, Vertical-jump re-test compared to Day 1 benchmark
  • Championship Game, Top two teams, full sideline experience, families invited
  • Awards Ceremony, Camp MVP, Most Improved, Best Teammate, certificates for all
