Academy Structure

8-Week Academy Phases

The full academy runs in four two-week phases. Youth use bodyweight only; teens and adults add light resistance and timed tracking as they progress.

Weeks 1 to 2

Phase 1, Movement Foundation

Posture, body control, deceleration, and landing mechanics. Athletic stance, wall drives, single-leg stability, and ladder footwork.

Weeks 3 to 4

Phase 2, Acceleration & Mechanics

Powerful first three steps and clean sprint posture. Wall drives, sled pushes, resisted starts, and 10 to 20 yard accelerations.

Weeks 5 to 6

Phase 3, Max Velocity & Change of Direction

Top-end speed and efficient cutting. Flying sprints, wickets, 5-10-5 pro agility, L-drill, and T-drill, with deceleration control.

Weeks 7 to 8

Phase 4, Reactive Agility & Power

React, decide, and explode under game-like cues. Mirror drills, partner/ball reaction, depth jumps, and bounds; full re-test vs. Phase 1.
